BA CityFlyer is seeking an Airport & Customer Operations Manager to be based at our home - London City Airport.
This role will be leading the Airport and Customer Operations team, to deliver a safe, world-class and continuously improving operation within agreed costs and performance parameters. 

Responsible for ensuring that operational and customer processes across BA CityFlyer airports are appropriate, cohesive and followed, such that BA CityFlyer delivers industry leading customer service standards and that all operational and safety targets are met.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Accountable for the safe and efficient delivery of all elements of BACF ground operation, including customer service, ramp service and turn-round management
  • Management of operational partners / suppliers
  • Nominated post holder for ground operations and firearms
  • Responsible for innovation and technology development within the airport environment
  • BACF lead and primary interface for London City Airport Development Programme (CADP)
  • Provide the necessary leadership to promote a strong safety culture and to sustain the highest levels of safety across the organisation
  • To ensure the development / maintenance of a competent and motivated workforce
