BA CityFlyer is seeking an Airport Manager to join us at our home - London City Airport, to provide leadership, focus and escalation for all areas of the BA CityFlyer ground operations, and be the nominated deputy for the Airport and Customer Operations Manager (ACOM).

Successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operational and customer processes are appropriate, cohesive and followed by service partners and internal stakeholders to deliver industry leading customer service standards whilst ensuring all operational and safety targets are met.
